An early Mod 1 build. The Kevlar cord was swapped out for Technora and is not attached (by design). The cord is wrapped from the front to the back, using the cord loops on each end. The cord is secured by cinching, then clipping the S hook in place for a secure hold.

Applications:

  • Everything (including FA/SS/FRT)

Restrictions: 

  • Do not mag dump 500+ rds with a belt fed and you'll be fine. Have fun, be safe, act responsibly.

  • Silica (~1800-2300°F)
    • USCG164.009 as part of MIL-C-24576SH. Meets NFPA 701-1999 Method 2 as well as, MIL-STD-2041D NOTICE 2 
  • Aramids, Coated Fiberglass, PBI (700°F), Silica (~1800-2300°F)
    • NFPA 701-1999 method 1 
    • USCG164.009 as part of MIL-C-24576SH. Meets NFPA 701-1999 Method 2 as well as, MIL-STD-2041D NOTICE 2 
  • Carbon Felt (1800°F)
